Sudoku Heaven (“the App”) is developed and operated by Seunghoon Kam (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.
We do NOT collect:
No registration or login is required to use the App.
The App stores game-related data only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences), including: in-progress puzzles, difficulty settings, statistics, daily challenge progress, coin balance, and app preferences. This data is not sent to any server operated by us.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and optional rewarded video advertisements. Google may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, ad interaction data, and approximate location information in accordance with its own privacy policies. This data is processed by Google and is not accessible to us.

On iOS, the App may request your permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites for personalized advertising. You can allow or deny this request. If you deny tracking, the App still works; ads may be less personalized. This choice is managed by Apple’s system settings and is not stored on our servers.
The App may offer an optional one-time or non-consumable in-app purchase to remove banner advertisements. Purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card or banking information. Purchase status (such as whether ads have been removed) is stored locally on your device and/or verified through the store platform.
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. We do not operate our own analytics or cloud backend for user data. We do not share information with third parties beyond what is processed by Google and the app store platforms (Apple, Google) when you make a purchase.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Game progress, statistics, settings, and purchase status related to ad removal remain on your device (or are verified through the app store). We do not maintain a central database of your gameplay or personal data.
You can delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings. On iOS, you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security. Because we do not collect personal information on our servers, there is no account-based data to export or delete from us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we add features such as in-app purchases. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
