IconForgeX ("the App") is developed and operated by Seunghoon Kam ("we", "us", or "our"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
We do NOT collect:
No registration or login is required to use the App.
The App allows you to create, edit, and export icon files. All icon creation and image processing is performed locally on your Mac. No image data, icon files, or project files are sent to any external server or transmitted over the internet.
The App may request access to files on your Mac to open, save, or export icon files. File access is granted only with your explicit permission through macOS's security system. The App only accesses files that you explicitly choose to open or save. We do not access, read, or transmit any files without your direct action.
If you customize settings, save project preferences, or create templates, this data is stored only on your Mac using macOS's local storage system (UserDefaults or application support directory). We cannot access or retrieve this data.
If the App displays advertisements, it may use third-party advertising services. These services may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data. This data is handled solely by the advertising provider and is not accessible to us.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases for additional features or to remove ads. Purchases are processed securely through Apple's Mac App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
The App may use third-party services for advertising (if applicable). We do not share any information with third parties beyond what is processed by these services. No other third-party services collect or process your data.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since no personal information is collected or stored, no personal data is transmitted or saved on servers. All data, including your icon projects, settings, and preferences, remains on your Mac. All icon creation and editing operations are performed locally without any network transmission.
Because the App does not collect personal information, users do not need to request data deletion or modification. Deleting the App removes all local data stored on your Mac, including saved projects and settings. You can also manually delete project files and preferences at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
